Network Designs Integration Services was founded in 1994 by Angela Wong, who led the company for nearly three decades. During that time, Network Designs developed a reputation for fast, knowledgeable IT service and a commitment to listening carefully to every client.
In November 2023, Angela retired, and James “Scott” Ware acquired the company. Scott had served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer since 2010 and understood both the business and the values that had shaped it.
Under Scott’s leadership, Network Designs continues its commitment to responsive service, practical recommendations, and technology solutions that help businesses remain productive, efficient, and focused on their customers.
Meet Scott
Scott is a graduate of Louisiana State University and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1992. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants.
After serving as Network Designs’ CFO for more than a decade, Scott became the company’s owner in 2023. He believes technology should help businesses work more effectively—not create additional distractions or stress.
